B2B Marketing Manager Location: Düsseldorf, Germany
Job Description: For our client, we are seeking an experienced B2B Marketing Manager who has successfully managed go-to-market strategies and product launches. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all B2B marketing activities, leading internal and external communications, and measuring performance. Additionally, the candidate will manage onsite events, including partner MDF negotiations and execution.
Responsibilities: - Pipeline Management: Owns the B2B marketing sourced pipeline target and develops a high-growth marketing plan for the DACH region, combining account intelligence/data with key objectives, execution mix, results, and resource management.
- Execution Excellence: Executes across core functional areas including targeted account marketing, local demand generation programs, campaigns, and customer experiences and events.
- Drives third-party programs to increase awareness among key decision-makers, collaborating with stakeholders to align strategy, story, and placement.
- Applies data-driven intelligence to effectively target contacts and accounts along the buyer’s journey.
- Develops and executes innovative campaigns to inform, educates, and engages contacts within accounts, driving demos, meetings, and progression.
- Plans and executes scalable, value-added customer experiences and events in the DACH region, creating engagement opportunities across multiple personas/roles.
- Develops and maintains go-to-market strategies, monitoring execution aligned with channel marketing and sales priorities.
- Builds customer stories, uses cases, and partner programs that highlight the company's differentiation, value, and relationships.
- Solution and Product Marketing: Leads solution and product marketing efforts, transitioning product and brand perception towards solutions.
- Content Creation: Creates compelling content for various channels, including social media, to engage and inform target audiences.
- AI Tools: Utilises AI tools to enhance marketing strategies and execution.
- Sales Success Stories: Develops and shares sales success stories that demonstrate the impact and value of the solutions.
- Partner Marketing: Works closely with partners and channels to develop and execute joint marketing initiatives.
- Represents the company at events, managing press contacts and ensuring effective communication of the brands and the solutions.
- Relationship Building: Partners closely with the sales team and B2B leadership to prioritise target accounts and build marketing plans to increase engagement, new business, and project opportunities.
- Builds effective stakeholder relationships across global marketing, sales, channels, and alliances to share learnings, best practices, and drive alignment.
- Performance Tracking: Track, measure, and refine performance aligned with annual targets. Deliver updates and insights monthly, analyze performance and trends, and make recommendations for continuous improvement. Participate in performance reviews and quarterly business reviews.
Profile: - Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field.
- Previous experience in B2B marketing and the tech industry.
- Proven track record in driving demand generation and growth.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to turn insights into actions, result-oriented, and thorough.
- Open-minded, team-oriented, with a challenging mindset and the ability to focus on important targets.
- Familiarity with MS Office products.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and verbal.
- Additional Skills: Experience in solution and product marketing, use case creation, social media management, content creation, working with AI tools, creating sales success stories, partner marketing, and representing the company at events and with press contacts.
- Preferred Experience: Experience working with B2B ICT solutions and a proven track record in supporting business transformation towards new business models.
