We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Aviation Project Manager to join our team. In this key role, you will lead the planning, design, and execution of exciting airport and aviation infrastructure projects, from concept to completion.

What You'll Do:

Project Leadership: Take the reins on challenging projects, leading teams, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Engineering Expertise: Serve as the Engineer of Record, ensuring designs adhere to all relevant regulations and best practices. Lead the development of innovative and sustainable solutions for complex aviation challenges.
Business Development Champion: Cultivate strong client relationships, actively seek new business opportunities, and contribute to winning new projects through proposals and presentations.
Technical Excellence: Stay at the forefront of industry advancements in aviation engineering, including FAA regulations, design standards, and emerging technologies.
What You'll Bring:

5+ years of relevant experience in civil aviation engineering, with a strong focus on airport and airfield design.
A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and a valid Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
Proven experience leading and managing multi-disciplinary project teams.
In-depth knowledge of FAA regulations, advisory circulars, and engineering briefs.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
A passion for aviation and a commitment to delivering high-quality projects.
