Job Overview:

We are looking for highly motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Group Travel Coordinators . This entry-level, remote position offers the exciting opportunity to help clients plan group trips, whether for family vacations, corporate retreats, or special events. As a 1099 independent contractor , you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere within the USA , Mexico , or the UK . This role is commission-based , meaning your income potential is limitless, and we offer training to ensure you succeed, even if you have no prior experience in the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Group Travel : Work with clients to organize and coordinate all aspects of group travel, including transportation, accommodations, activities, and meals. Ensure all details align with the group’s preferences, budget, and schedule.
  • Consult with Clients : Communicate with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and goals. Offer expert advice on destinations, accommodations, and activities to ensure a seamless group travel experience.
  • Plan Customized Itineraries : Create personalized travel itineraries for groups, handling everything from group discounts and special requests to the coordination of logistics, tours, and activities.
  • Book Group Travel Arrangements : Research and book transportation (flights, buses, etc.), accommodations (hotels, resorts, etc.), excursions, and activities tailored to the specific needs of the group.
  • Provide Customer Support : Offer outstanding customer service throughout the entire planning process, from initial consultation to the final stages of the trip. Address any questions or concerns and make adjustments as needed to ensure the group’s needs are met.
  • Sales and Commission : Generate leads, build relationships with potential clients, and close bookings to ensure successful group trips. Earn commission on every completed booking.

Qualifications:

  • No Experience Required : This is an entry-level role, and training is provided . We are seeking motivated individuals with a passion for travel, customer service, and group coordination.
  • Location Requirements : Applicants must be residents of the USA , Mexico , or the UK .
  • Excellent Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for working with clients, providing clear instructions, and coordinating details for group travel.
  • Sales and Customer Service Mindset : This is a commission-based position, so the ability to sell group travel packages and provide excellent customer service will help ensure success.
  • Organizational Skills : As a Group Travel Coordinator, you will be managing multiple moving parts. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time effectively are essential.
  • Tech-Savvy : You must be comfortable using online booking platforms, spreadsheets, email, video calls, and general computer applications. Training will be provided on specific systems.
